At Freshly Scented, we take pride in our products and have high standards to ensure all orders are received in perfect condition. If an item breaks during shipment, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement. Please also send us a photograph of the broken item.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles, mugs, and personalized/customized orders cannot be returned or refunded. Exchange is accepted for unused candles & mugs only within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost on exchange items.
