At Freshly Scented, we use all-natural soy wax to create our candles. We recommend an initial burn time of 2-3 hours or until it has melted up to the edges. This will help with the wax memory (keep the scent in your candle strong) and prevent tunneling.

Limit your burning time to around 4 hours max to prevent the entire candle from liquefying and overheating the glass or tin.

Your initial burn is important, but we also recommend burning the candles each time until it reaches a complete melt pool from edge to edge.

Trim wick to 1/4” before lighting. This will prevent the flame from getting out of control.

All candles are hand-poured so variation in texture and look of the wax may vary from candle to candle. However, it doesn’t affect the performance of the candle. Item colors may be different in person based on each shoppers' computer screen.

► Keep out of reach of children and pets
► Never burn on or near anything that can catch fire
► Burn in a ventilated area but keep away from drafts
► Do not touch or move candle while burning or when it is hot
► Keep free of foreign objects.
